Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Gratefold, a product of Roger Seng Studios LLC. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Your content
What you write and add to Gratefold belongs to you. We don't receive it and claim no rights to it.
Keep your own backups
Your notebooks are stored on your device. If you lose your phone or delete the app without a backup, they can't be recovered. Gratefold includes backups, and you're responsible for turning them on and keeping them safe.
Gratefold Plus
Gratefold is free to download and use. Gratefold Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year in the US, billed to your Apple Account at the price shown before you buy. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial; cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you won't be charged. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. If Plus ends, notebooks you already customized keep their look, and the Plus design tools lock.
The app is provided as is
We work hard to make Gratefold reliable, but it's provided without warranties, and we aren't liable for lost data or other damages to the extent the law allows.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
